Scholarship Application
Three Moon Motherhood was created with care and intention to help ensure that support is available to families who truly need it. Through this program, we offer a limited number of full and partial scholarships to ease the cost of services for private-pay clients who do not qualify for Medicaid, as Medicaid already covers the majority of our offerings. This option is meant for those experiencing financial instability or who may not otherwise be able to access support. We honor and trust our community through an honor-based application process, and because availability is limited, we kindly ask that only those with genuine need apply.
