Postpartum Support
Compassionate, in-home care to help you ease into life with your new baby. Support includes breastfeeding guidance, newborn care, and help with light baby-related housekeeping so you can focus on rest and bonding. We also offer older sibling support to ease the family transition, and overnight care to help you maximize sleep and recovery during those tender early weeks.

Lactation Support
As Certified Breastfeeding Specialists (CBS), we offer evidence-based guidance to help you navigate the early days of feeding with confidence. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combining both, we provide support for latch issues, milk supply concerns, positioning, and overall feeding goals — all in a compassionate, judgment-free space tailored to your family’s needs.

Placenta Encapsulation
Honor your postpartum recovery with placenta encapsulation — a traditional practice believed to support energy, mood balance, and milk production after birth. Using the steamed method, your placenta is carefully cleaned, gently steamed, dehydrated, ground, and placed into easy-to-take capsules. The process is done with the utmost care and sanitation, typically completed within 48–72 hours after birth. Capsules are delivered to your home, ready to support your healing journey naturally and safely.

This personalized class is designed to prepare you and your partner for the journey of labor and birth in the comfort of your own home. We’ll cover the stages of labor, practical comfort measures, movement and positioning for progress and relief, and hands-on partner support techniques. Whether you're planning a home, birth center, or hospital birth, this class is all about building confidence, connection, and a toolkit for informed, empowered birthing.

Labor Support
Comprehensive support for your birth journey, from pregnancy through postpartum. This package includes two prenatal visits to prepare for labor and explore your birth preferences, along with evidence-based informational support whenever you need it. Starting at 36 weeks, we’ll be on call 24/7 for your birth, providing continuous support throughout labor and staying 1–2 hours after birth to assist with initial bonding and breastfeeding, if desired. A final in-home postpartum visit offers space to celebrate your baby’s arrival, reflect on your birth experience, and ensure you feel supported in this new chapter.
